Please ensure that all records remain in their original shrink-wrap and equipment is returned in its original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Package Your Items
Carefully pack your records or equipment in their original shipping box, ensuring sufficient padding is used to prevent warping or damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
